Roger Foley

Bio: Roger Foley specializes in garden and landscape photography. He is based in Arlington, Virginia, but his images capture scenes from all over the east coast. Foley's award winning photography has been featured in multiple publications, including The Gardener's Iris Book, Williamsburg's Glorious Gardens, and Seascape Gardening: From New England to the Carolinas.

Artist Statement:Part of an on-going project of autumn landscapes, this photograph was made at Great Falls Park, along the Potomac River, on a still October morning. Only a few miles away from Washington, D.C., this landscape might have looked much the same hundreds of years ago.
