Artist’s Statement
"This photograph was made on February 14, 2006, at the Red River Gorge in Kentucky. Engaged on this day, I spotted these six trees standing proudly at the top of a hillside. Relating the line up to the family I come from, a group portrait stood before me. My father- the architect, my mother- a small woman and I, the youngest of four children, am closest to the brother just one year older than myself."
