Arthur Miller

Arthur H. Miller, Archivist and Librarian for Special Collections, Lake Forest College, has been giving tours and writing about Chicago North Shore landscape and garden history since the early 1990s. Two previous books he co-authored are Lake Forest: Estates, People and Culture with Shirley M. Paddock (2000) and Classic Country Estates of Lake Forest, Architecture and Landscape Design, 1856-1940 with Kim Coventry and Daniel Meyer (2003).  Miller's humanities Ph.D. is from Northwestern University.
