Chinese Landscape Architect and Educator Kongjian Yu Dies in Plane Crash in Brazil

Yu, a graduate of the Harvard Graduate School of Design who went on to establish the department of landscape architecture at Peking University, was the 2023 recipient of The Cultural Landscape Foundation (TCLF)’s biennial Cornelia Hahn Oberlander International Landscape Architecture Prize.
