Nonprofit Withdraws Bid to Stop Reflecting Pool Color Change

The Cultural Landscape Foundation and is founder, Charles Birnbaum, told the Washington federal trial court Wednesday it would withdraw its motion for emergency relief, citing a news report that the century-old reflecting pool had been refilled after its interior color was changed from Gary to "American flag blue."
