Reflecting Pool’s summer of chaos just keeps getting messier

The Cultural Landscape Foundation, which filed a federal lawsuit in May to stop further renovation work, has urged the court to block additional changes and called on the administration to consult with preservation experts and comply with the review processes required by law before proceeding further.
