Trump Administration Sued for Painting Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool 'Theme Park' Blue

On Monday, May 11, a non-profit called the The Cultural Landscape Foundation (TCLF), as well as its founder, Charles A. Birnbaum, sued the Department of the Interior and the National Park Service for changing the appearance of the Reflecting Pool without following “Congressional mandatory procedures.”
