Emma Skalka, Hon. ASLA, Board Co-Chair
Emma Skalka is Vice President and General Manager of Victor Stanley, a leading North American manufacturer of site and street furniture, where she has worked for more than 18 years. In her role, she leads day-to-day operations and continues to guide the company’s growth while carrying forward its legacy of innovation, quality, and service.
A native of Sweden, Emma studied at the University of Umeå and UCLA before beginning her career in Financial and Human Resources Management. She joined Victor Stanley in 2007 and has since built strong relationships with landscape architects and allied professionals around the world. Known as a connector and coalition builder, she is deeply committed to fostering collaboration, advancing the landscape architecture profession, and ensuring that knowledge and vision are shared across generations and geographies.
Emma resides in Annapolis, Maryland, with her son and has a daughter in Nepal.
